We are looking for experienced landscaping foremen/forewomen, skilled landscapers, trained gardeners and landscape labourers as subcontractors or on the payroll to join our team. If you are passionate about landscaping, eager to work on exciting projects, and committed to upholding high standards, we would love to hear from you!

CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES
Trained Gardener
We are seeking an experienced, Trained Gardener to maintain and enhance gardens across our clients properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Planting and maintaining gardens, including shrubs and herbaceous plants
Managing irrigation systems and seasonal planting
Identifying and controlling pests, diseases, and weeds using organic methods.
Pruning, mowing, edging, and general lawn care
Operating and maintaining gardening tools and machinery
Advising on plant selection and sustainable garden practices.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a trained gardener
Horticulture certification (RHS Level 2 or similar)
Strong plant knowledge and landscape maintenance skills
Ability to communicate effectively within a team and with clients
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Self-motivated, professional, and client-focused
Physically fit and detail-oriented
Hours: Part-time, Monday–Friday (Flexible)
Perks: Company van provided
Requirements: Full, clean driving licence

Landscaping Forewoman or Foreman
We are seeking an experienced Landscaping Forewoman or Foreman to lead our professional team.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing and coordinating landscaping projects
Managing a team to ensure efficient workflow
Liaising with clients and maintaining strong professional relationships
Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards
Key Requirements:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent knowledge of construction and landscaping techniques
Self-motivated, professional, and client-focused
Ability to communicate effectively within a team and with clients
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7.30 am–4.30 pm
Perks: Company van provided
Requirements: Full, clean driving licence

We are seeking an experienced Skilled Landscaper to lead our professional team.
Key Responsibilities:
Planting, paving, fencing, and general hard and soft landscaping tasks
Reading and interpreting site plans
Ensuring work is carried out to a high standard and within project timelines
Collaborating with team members and maintaining a professional approach on-site
Key Requirements:
Self-motivated and capable of hard physical work
Enthusiastic, professional, and eager to learn
Previous landscaping experience required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to use a range of landscaping tools and machinery
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7.30 am–4.30 pm
Transport: Must be able to get to the site independently

We are seeking reliable and experienced Subcontractor Landscape Labourers to join our books on a day rate basis.
Key Responsibilities:
